All sessions are strictly confidential. Client information will not be shared without explicit written consent. Our agency is required to follow Florida Law including the release of information in the following situations: 1) immediate danger to you or someone else, 2) report of abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person or a disabled person, 3) court order. Therapists can provide summary letters at the clients request.
