Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is requested for clients desiring to change or cancel appointments. Clients who miss a scheduled session without notification or who call to cancel on the same day of the appointment will be charged fee of $45 for that session. Insurance and other third party payers (EAPs) will not cover this fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise.
